Ken, a Commercial Casualty Claims Specialist in the Agribusiness division of Nationwide Insurance, brings a unique blend of compassion and expertise to his role. With over twenty years of experience in Social Services and Non-Profit sectors, he is deeply committed to aligning his work with the mission of Paramount Development. His dedication to serving others is rooted in a personal commitment to helping those in need, driven by the support he himself has received throughout his life. Outside of his professional accomplishments, Ken has been happily married for over thirty years and is a proud father of two daughters. His diverse background in social service strengthens his resolve to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Kimberly Hansen has been the Executive Director of Rebuilding Together since August 2009. She carries out their mission by identifying community partners and building capacity so more homeowners will receive help. Kimberly has previously worked for United Way of Central Iowa, Des Moines Art Center, Des Moines Playhouse, Best Buddies and the Des Moines Neighborhood Resource Office. Kimberly’s experience provides Rebuilding Together with over 30 years of nonprofit management leadership. Kimberly holds a BA in Sociology from Simpson College, a MPA Masters in Public Administration from Drake University and is a PhD Candidate in Public Policy and Administration with Walden University.

Rachelle Setsodi has served as the Drake University Associate Director of Transfer Admission since January 2004. As a college search expert, she helps students explore school choices and have a seamless transition. Previously she worked in a variety of University of Nebraska-Lincoln positions including 7 years as Communication Manager for the Facilities Management and Planning Department. With over 3 decades of experience in higher education, she is serving as the Transfer Committee Chair for the Iowa Association of College Admission Counseling, leveraging her expertise to advocate for transfer students across the state. When she's not guiding future Bulldogs, her priority is spending time with cherished family, friends, Gloria Dei Lutheran Church congregation; and enjoying outdoor activities, sporting events and live music. Very proud mom of two and grandma of five. I listen, help others, and have fun!
I am a passionate community advocate, currently working at FuseDSM Chamber of Commerce. I'm also a proud Beauty Guide with LimeLife by Alcone, sharing my love for beauty with others as well as working part time in the retail world at HappyDSM, downtown Valley Junction. When I'm not busy working, you can find me exploring my creative side through cooking, gardening, and indulging in a good book. As a proud mom of four and grandma of three, family is at the heart of my world.
Christy spends her days as a Payroll & Billing Supervisor at Wright Service Corp, overseeing a team that serves the California division within the company. Outside of her role at Wright, she is passionate about leading worship and teaching classes at her church. She enjoys traveling and speaking at conferences that empower women and young girls. Christy loves her first priority of being a mom to 3 boys. You’ll typically find her at the baseball fields or basketball courts with her kids. In addition to the time she pours into mentoring others, she has a strong desire to exhort, encourage and empower others in a way that helps them break through the barriers which might keep them bound socially, physically, emotionally or spiritually.
Jerry founded Paramount Development in 2018 with the purpose of establishing an organization devoted to improving peoples lives through assistance with their housing needs. He brings a high level of experience and passion to his role and looks forward to growing the organization into one that makes a difference.
Shonna brings a strong resume of administrative skills and capabilities to assist Paramount Development and its leaders in accomplishing their mission. Her role is a very key element in our success.
